Fierce and Flawless

Our Fierce & Flawless course prepares our student Diva’s to use “Situational Awareness” to recognize possibly dangerous situations in your every environment.

Miss Independent


​​​​​Miss. Independent is a course designed for high school juniors/seniors / college women, and other young Divas who will soon be or currently living alone, or away from home.

Cutie Combatants

Physical and psychological level, will incorporate self-defense training designed for girls ages 7 to 15. Scenarios will be included to “safely” implement realistic situations to prepare young ladies the dangers society present.

​Sips & Flips

​An on-site, fun-filled two-hour course for your group which includes a complete self-defense class, pepper spray, stun gun training, kubotan training, as well as any individual tips customized or requested to compliment your group’s activities.
